We are a family farm in Mirebalais and Port à Piment, dedicated to cultivating life through our fresh, homegrown products. We were established with an objective to manufacture and market various grades of Castor Oil, It’s Derivatives & Castor Seed Extraction. Our mission extends beyond farming; we aim to nourish our community and environment, offering quality produce at our farmers market stand.

HAITIAN BLACK CASTOR OIL

CITADEL FARM-BIO specializes in producing castor seed oil, which makes up over 80% of its output. Known for its unique properties, this pale yellow oil is rich in ricinoleates (90%), with oleic and linoleic acids as key components. It is widely used in industrial, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications due to its versatility and distinctive characteristics.

Processing and transformation

We extract, refine, and transform raw products into finished goods like castor oil and cosmetic-grade vegetable oils.

Grades of Castor Oil

CITADEL FARM-BIO offers a premium range of high-quality castor oil grades designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. As a leader in organic castor oil production, we provide Organic Refined Castor Oil and Organic Virgin Castor Oil, produced through cold-press methods that preserve purity and nutrients.

Our Low Moisture Castor Oil is specially processed to reduce water content (down to 500 ppm or 200 ppm), ensuring superior performance in applications such as adhesives, inks, urethanes, and coatings, while extending shelf life and maintaining stable pH levels.

We also supply Deodorized Castor Oil, refined through vacuum steam distillation to remove odors, impurities, and volatile compounds, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial use.

The First Special Grade Castor Oil is refined using advanced bleaching and filtration techniques, delivering enhanced clarity and reduced impurities, suitable for lubricants, soaps, paints, and chemical industries.

Additionally, our Pale Pressed Grade (PPG) Castor Oil is a high-purity, light-colored oil with low acidity, widely used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, resins, lubricants, and castor oil derivatives.
