HAITIAN BLACK CASTOR OIL

CITADEL FARM-BIO specializes in producing castor seed oil, which makes up over 80% of its output. Known for its unique properties, this pale yellow oil is rich in ricinoleates (90%), with oleic and linoleic acids as key components. It is widely used in industrial, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications due to its versatility and distinctive characteristics.

GRADES OF CASTOR OILS

ORGANIC CASTOR OIL

we are leader in production of Organic Castor Oil. Our process ensures that neither the castor beans nor the castor oil in the first pressing are more than a few degrees above room temperature. We offer 2 different grades of organic castor oil I.e ORGANIC CASTOR OIL REFINED AND ORGANIC CASTOR OIL VIRGIN.

LOW MOISTURE CASTOR OIL

Castor oil is pale-yellowish or almost colourless with a mild characteristic odour. To enhance its application properties the moisture is lowered.

To come to 500ppm or 200ppm water content the oil is further dried under vacuum (while stirring and blowing nitrogen through it)

low moisture castor oil is produced by following a rigorous process at our unit so that our customers receive a product of excellent quality for wider applications. These applications primarily include those that require minimum moisture like adhesives, inks, urethane coatings, and many industrial applications. The following castor oil derivative comes with an added advantage of longer shelf life, meticulous pH value and it meets the international quality standards. Similarly, our other range of castor oil derivatives is also produced keeping quality and customer satisfaction as the prime focus.

DE-ODOURISED CASTOR OIL

The quality of unrefined castor oil derivatives degrades rapidly due to the presence of impurities. The process of deodorization helps in deriving castor oil in its ideal form for various significant industrial applications.

Deodorized castor oil is obtained after treating it with a vacuum-steam distillation process that removes the volatile components. These volatile components ascend faint odours, unpleasant flavours, displeasing colours, etc. Deodorized castor oil proves to be an excellent drying agent for its applications. Deodorized castor oil is derived through different processes for different applications. For instance, pharmaceutical grade castor oil is deodorized at low temperatures and for certain applications, it is deodorized at high temperatures to remove the odour that is likely to be caused by ketones, aldehydes, triterpene alcohol components, fatty acids, and sterols.

FIRST SPECIAL GRADE CASTOR OIL

FIRST SPECIAL GRADE CASTOR OIL is produced by refining Commercial Grade Castor Oil through bleaching and filtering process. Bleaching is done using Bleaching Earth and Activated Carbon, which helps in reducing colouring pigments or impurities and moisture content.

REFINED CASTOR OIL PALE PRESSED GRADE

PALE PRESSED GRADE (PPG) CASTOR OIL is characteristically clear and free from suspended matter. This light in colour, low acidity oil is obtained from the first pressing of the Castor Seed. Pale Pressed Castor Oil is used in industrial products that require oil with lighter colour and lower acidity.

COLD PRESSED GRADE comes in two varieties- Virgin and Refined. The Virgin Oil is obtained by hydraulic (mechanical) pressing of seeds without applying the heat.

Applications

Uses include cure of skin problems, burns, sunburns, skin disorders, skin cuts, abrasions and is also used as a laxative. The Oil is also used as a rub or pack for various ailments, including abdominal complaints, headaches, muscle pains, inflammatory conditions, skin eruptions, lesions, and sinusitis ashland va ac repair installation near me.
